Backorders Policy
We try and keep everything in stock. We warehouse large volumes of stock so we can process and pack your order fast, usually within hours, not weeks like others
in our industry. All our product listings include details of whether an item is stocked, or Non-Stocked.
Non-Stocked Items are Ordered in as required, the site will tell you time to arrival Stocked items are held in stock. If stock numbers are low you will get a warning as follows:
Low Stock - Item may be Back-ordered
Out of Stock- Item Will be Back-ordered
Our site will also provide you an estimate (based on our experience) of how long it will be before we can get it to you once you order.
If you place an order and some items are not available, and where you were notified by the site at ordering, we ship what we have immediately,
then ship the rest of your order when it has arrived.
You will not be charged extra postage for extra dispatches.
Where the website and office are out of sync (synchronised usually 2-3 times a week), perhaps because one of our larger
clients just bought every item we had in stock, then we will call you before just placing the item on backorder.
