can apply for a 30 day account.
In most cases accounts can be set up in 1-2 business days. Requirements:
a) A trade history with Bilby 3D (schools may be exempt from this at our discretion)
b) Your company details including Name, address, contact details for ordering and accounts
c) Internal terms of Account (Eg only on provision of purchase order, only John Smith can order etc) No needless paperwork! No references! No Waiting! No Hassle!
Credit Limits are at our discretion. Please note that we may seek a creditcard to be held on file for security and credit terms may be cancelled in the event of late payments. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date on invoice. Goods will be invoiced as close as possible to the shipment date.
Easy Payment Options
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card (over the phone or online), Cheque, Money order or Direct Deposit. Every order receives an invoice/receipt. This becomes the packing slip on the
front of your parcel.
Credit Card payments
Payments are processed by a human being, once your order has been finalised, through the secure Commonwealth Bank Merchant Gateway
Credit Card details entered online are entered through secure online pages and are only stored until your payment has been processed. All payment records are then immediately deleted!
If you are not comfortable entering your credit card details online you can select the payment option call me for card details and we will telephone you ASAP.
A word on card fraud
Unfortunately high levels of card fraud mean that we reserve the right to NOT process a credit card if we are concerned about the ligitimacy, and may ask
you to pay via direct transfer for larger purchases.
Direct Deposit
Use internet banking or an actual bank branch to put money into our bank account.
Please note that it is your responsibility to enter our account details correctly, we cannot do anything if you do not do so correctly. Note that depending on your bank, it can take up to a week for the money to arrive at our account and we cannot process your order until it does so.
We bank with CommBank, so transfers from your CommBank account usually arrive immediately
If you opt to pay via Cheque or Money Order we will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque/money order arrives in the mail. Please note that this can take up to 2 weeks!
