AquaTek™ X1 Attributes
Readily soluble in warm water
Eco-friendly - safe for disposal in house or office drains
Ideal support material for the widest array of materials
Low moisture absorption while exposed during printing (less tacky over time)
Compatible Materials
AquaTek™ X1 is compatible as a water soluble support for the widest array of materials including PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PP, Nylon, and Flexibe grades (TPC, TPU, COPE). This includes composite variants of these grades such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and ESD-safe.
Breaking away excess support material by hand before placing in a tub with some water agitation will greatly speed up dissolution time
- Extruder: 190-220°C
- Bed Temp: 60-90°C
- Chamber Temp: Up to 120°C if your printer is so equipped
- Storage: AquaTek™ X1 will absorb moisture from ambient humidity, therefore best practice is to store filament in a sealed container between uses
Recommended Support Removal Techniques
- Break away excess support material that is easily accessible - reduces dissolution time (more support material = longer time to dissolve)
- Submerge part in warm water. Hot tap water is typically 100-120°F; 38-49°C, which is generally more than adequate for dissolving AquaTek™ X1 (be safe with hot water!)
- Agitating water reduces dissolution time (sonic or mechanical agitation)
- Heat or replace warm water as it becomes cool if the support has not been removed
- Residue is ecologically safe and can be disposed of in house or office drain - rinse drain thoroughly with fresh warm water to assure waste water evacuates
Product Dimensions: 200 x 200 x 50mm

CarbonX™ PP+CF is made using a specialty formulated PP copolymer and reinforced with 15% premium high-modulus carbon fiber. This material offers ease of printing, strength & stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, and an amazing surface finish.
Ultrafuse PP (previously Innofil3D PP, different name, same high-quality product) is a high-performance thermoplastic with low density, high elasticity and high resistance to fatigue. The mechanical properties of make it an ideal material for 3D-printing applications, that have to endure high stress or strain.
Ultrafuse PP GF30 is polypropylene reinforced with 30% glass fiber content. The fibers in this compound are specially designed for 3D-printing filaments and are compatible with a wide range of FFF 3D-printers with tough nozzles.

Firewire® Flame Retardant PC-ABS (polycarbonate + ABS alloy) is made using a premium UL94 V-0 rated PC-ABS. It has higher strength and thermal resistance (HDT) than ABS, alloying the mechanical properties and high-heat resistance of PC with the printability of ABS. This filament is ideal for applications which require UL94 V-0 self-extinguishing characteristics.
