After a very busy financial year, in which Bilby3D grew strongly, we are expanding our team!
Adding a Perth showroom this year means building another site, and have several positions available.

Customer Service Representative - Kingsgrove Rd, Kingsgrove, NSW
- Build on your customer service and administration experience with our rapidly growing company
- You will quickly learn multiple facets of Bilby3D, from Front of House and B2B Sales. There is a clear path to be promoted to channel manager
The Position
- Learn our range of 3D Printers, 3D Scanners and parts, applying that knowledge in multiple areas
- Sales: Advising professional and business customers on the best solution for their needs. In person and over the phone
- Keep our showroom in top-condition and fully stocked
You will need
- A love of technology and science, possibly with an engineering or design qualification. 3D printing experience advantageous but not essential
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
- A concise and accurate mindset - getting things done right, the first time!
- A sense of achievement in getting things done well, and within time-frames
- An ability to work under pressure when things get busy
- Sales experience in a professional setting

Bilby 3D is seeking a Customer Service and Online Fulfilment Officer who is energetic and well presented. Previous experience in this area is essential.
Joining Australia's largest 3D Printer and related technology distributor you will be joining our tight-knit, yet distributed team. Working closely with those in your office as much as those in Sydney, Brisbane or Perth. Our team are passionate about our products and the industry we work in, bringing the benefits of 3D Printing to Australian businesses. We are looking for people with a similar enthusiasm for our industry, who can draw on their professional experience to expand our team.
New team members are provided an intensive 2 week on-boarding, as part of our 12 week induction program. Candidates without 3D printer experience will be required to undertake more self-study as part of this process.
Providing daily customer administrative support your duties & responsibilities will include assisting with, and taking responsibility for the following:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting our business clientele with general product enquirers and basic purchases
- Packing orders in the warehouse with a high level of accuracy (KPI's apply)
- Answering customer queiries in the showroom, on the phone and online
- Assist our professional clients in our showroom, demonstrating a high level of knowledge about our products and their applications; referring to senior sales staff when appropriate
- Merchandising and preparing products for storage and sale
The successful applicant should have experience in:
- Proficient in MS office and general computing skills; and an advanced accounting system like SAP
- Packing and processing outbound mail; and/or sales experience in a technical product
- Have excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Working autonomously and adding value to the team through administration
- Experience in a technical product range and interest in our product range
- Exceptional phone manner
You will need to be an all-rounder to work at Bilby 3D. This is a varied role that will see the suitable applicant working in a range or areas within the business.
Naturally 3D Printer (or CAD/design) experience is highly beneficial.
Work hours
This is a permanent full time position 9-5 Mon-Fri, though we may negotiate shorter hours for people with family commitments, who are a great fit for the position (min. 30 hrs/wk)
