FDM - Fused Deposition Modelling

Also known as FFF and MEX. This is usually the cheapest and fastest option, with the widest range of materials and colours.
We can print single pieces up to 500 x 500 x 500mm with this technology.

• PLA - A cheap and easy to use general purpose material. You can finish by sawing, cutting, filing, sanding, painting with acrylic or enamel paints
• ABS - A standard, rugged engineering plastic used in Lego, crash helmets and car bumpers
• ASA - Similar to ABS, but easier to print with improved Chemical and UV Resistance
• PA Nylons - PA6, PA12, CoPA (6 and 6.6) and HTN / PPA
• Flex (TPU or TPC, Rubber Like)
• PLA-Metal blends (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Iron, Copper and Brass - real metal in these filaments up to 85%)
• Carbon, Glass or Kevlar Fibre - Very rigid and light prints. Great for R/C cars, planes and quadcopters
• Conductive - EC and ESD - Contains graphite powder to give a low level of conductivity or electromagnetic shielding

Resin (LCD and DLP)

This technology works with a liquid resin which sets (cures) when light shines on it.

We can print single pieces up to 510 x 280 x 350 mm is size

It is expensive to prime the tank and clean up afterwards, but produces smooth looking prints with very high detail. Jewelry and dental clients love the quality that is possible.

There are 2 technologies, both have the advantage that they expose enitre layers at once, great for bulk production of small parts

• Digitial Light Processing / DLP - A Digital Projector focused on the bottom of the resin tank
• Liquid Crystal Display / LCD - An LCD screen controls the exposure of a panel of high powered LED's to the liquid vat

Have us take your design from a 2D drawing or sketch, modify an existing model or reverse engineer a part.
We have different designers for different work - so whether your design is Architectual, Engineering or "Organic" in shape, we look forward to working with you on your next project.

Once our experienced 3D modellers we have created the model we can:

• Add colour and textures through to rendering


• Create video walk-throughs and fly-arounds


• 3D Print draft and final version of the model for form-and-fit, product presentations and demostrations, pre-productions and actual production runs

3D Scanning and Digitization

We can take an existing part, sculpture or other object and scan it with the latest models of 3D scanner
Then can can clean up the data, and compare it to an existing 3D model, or Reverse Engineer it to a full-editable parametric model.
