Courier Collection
Within 50km of our Service Centres, we can organise pickup by a Direct Courier, who can transport the machine carefully without the need for full packaging.
We can also arrange collection (via TNT couriers), and return delivery. Costs are usually $45 for Sydney, $50 Melbourne when shipping in the original box.

Proper packing is important to ensure your machine does not suffer expensive damage during transit.
This happens all too often and should not be taken lightly - we cannot cover you for damage in transit due to improper packing.
We highly recommend that you drop off and pick-up if possible.
Service Costs
There is minimum service fee of 1 hour as follows, plus parts and travel (for onsite servicing).
At our Service Center (Melbourne and Sydney)
- Machine purchased through Bilby 3D: $150/hr
- Machine not purchased through us: $250/hr
On Site (in most cases it is better to ship the machine to us, where we have full parts stock and can leave the machine test printing for longer). Travel costs also apply. Contact us for details.
- Machine purchased through Bilby 3D: $245/hr
- Machine not purchased through us: $315/hr
The 1st hr, in most cases, includes initial diagnostics, clean, alignment, lubrication and general service.
After this is complete our service team will contact you to discuss any issues or problems they found and the cost associated with each problem. No work will be completed without your approval.
