Bilby 3D specialise in professional Servicing and Repair of 3D Printers via our Melbourne and Sydney 3D Printer Service Centres.

We have many years experience in 3D Printer Service and Repair and have used this expertise to set up the Melbourne and Sydney 3D Printer service centers capable of servicing up to 20 machines a week.

Dropping Off Your Machine

You can drop your machine off our shops (Note: Machines must be booked in)

Courier Collection

We can also arrange collection (via TNT couriers), and return delivery. Costs are usually $35 for Sydney, $45 Melbourne or Brisbane when shipping in the original box.
Contact us for a full quote and PACKING INSTRUCTIONS - Proper packing is important to ensure your machine does not suffer expensive damage during transit. This happens all too often and should not be taken lightly - we cannot cover you for damage in transit due to improper packing. We highly recommend that you drop off and pick-up if possible.

Service Costs

There is minimum service fee of 1 hr as follows, plus parts and travel (for onsite servicing).

At our center:
• Machine purchased through Bilby 3D: $150/hr
• Machine not purchased through us: $250/hr
On Site (in most cases it is cheaper to ship the machine to us in our roadcase system). Travel costs also apply. Contact us for details.
• Machine purchased through Bilby 3D: $245/hr
• Machine not purchased through us: $315/hr
The 1st hr, in most cases, includes initial diagnostics, clean, alignment, lubrication and general service.
After this is complete our service team will contact you to discuss any issues or problems they found and the cost associated with each problem. No work will be completed without your approval!

On-Site Servicing, Installation and Training

A Basic drop-off, setup and brief introduction service is a flat-rate within 40kms of our stores for $185
