Support Materials – Soluble and Breakaway Filaments for Complex 3D Prints

Our range of support materials makes it possible to 3D print complex designs with overhangs, bridges, and internal cavities that wouldn’t be possible with single-material printing. These filaments are formulated to work as either water-soluble or breakaway supports, depending on your material and application.

We stock high-quality PVA, PVA+ and BVOH filaments that dissolve completely in water, leaving behind a clean, smooth surface finish. These are ideal for printing with PLA, PETG, and other low-temp materials. For higher-temperature or solvent-based systems, materials like HIPS (dissolved using limonene) and AquaTech X1 can be paired with ABS or similar filaments.

Our support filaments are fully compatible with dual-extrusion 3D printers such as the Raise3D Pro3, MakerBot Method, FlashForge Creator, and other open-material dual-extrusion systems. Each material is tested for consistent flow, easy dissolution, and dependable adhesion to the base material.
