Our 3D Printer filament is available in 1.75, 2.85 and 3mm diameter, in:
1.75mm diameter
PLA: PLA is a cold bed filament that prints best when the 3D Printer also has a filament fan. It is a plastic made from corn or Soy starches and is biodegradable, generally over 5-15 years.
ABS: An Engineering plastic which is more flexible than PLA (less likely to shatter), but with a higher shrinkage than PLA, so warping and splitting of prints is more of a problem
ASA: An Engineering plastic similar to ABS, but UV and chemical resistant, easy to print (less warping) and less fumes
PCTG: Similar to PETG
PET-G: Also known as T-Glass, a filament resistant to water and chemicals, as used in drink bottles. Highly durable like Nylon, but easier to print due to lower shrinkage.
TPU: A flexible urethane, like rubber the more solid your print, the more rigid it is
Specialty Filaments: these include wood, brick, dissolvable (PVA, BVOH and HIPS), food grade and metals

Notes about Temperature
The problem with specifying a melting temperature is that each machine is different. Thermistors are the most common temperature sensors in Reprap based printers.
Their absolute temperature is not very accurate, but it is consistant in itself - so a filament that works at 180°C will always work at that temperature,
even though it may actually be running at 195°C. We have non-contact infrared thermometers coming which can give a measurement to ±2%
