PA Nylon Filament

Nylon, PA6, PA12, HTN & PPA Filaments – High-Performance Materials for Engineering Applications

Our range of nylon and advanced polyamide filaments includes materials such as PA6, PA6.6, PA11, PA12, HTN (High-Temperature Nylon), and PPA (Polyphthalamide). These are engineering-grade thermoplastics built for demanding applications that require mechanical strength, chemical resistance, wear tolerance, and high thermal stability.

Nylon-based filaments are ideal for printing load-bearing and wear resistant components, gears, jigs, end-use parts, and functional prototypes. HTN and PPA variants offer even higher stiffness and heat deflection, making them suitable for parts that must endure continuous mechanical stress and elevated temperatures.

These filaments often require a high-temperature, enclosed 3D printer with hardened nozzles and controlled chamber conditions for best results — such as those offered by Raise3D, AON3D, and Mingda industrial systems.
