Our high-temperature 3D printing filaments are engineered for use in demanding environments where heat resistance, strength, and long-term durability are critical. These materials are ideal for aerospace, automotive, tooling, and industrial applications where standard thermoplastics like PLA or ABS won’t perform.
This category includes advanced polymers such as HTN (High-Temperature Nylon), PPA (Polyphthalamide), PC, and PPSU — all capable of withstanding operating temperatures well over 120°C and offering excellent mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance.
High-temp filaments require a high-performance 3D printer with a heated chamber, all-metal hotend (capable of 300–500°C), and appropriate print surface adhesion aids for best results. Bilby3D’s range of industrial printers — including models from Raise3D, Mingda, and AON3D — are fully compatible.
We stock both pure high-temp polymers and reinforced composites with carbon or glass fibres for added strength and dimensional stability. All materials are Bilby3D-tested and supported to ensure consistent, repeatable performance in commercial and engineering settings.
