ASA Filament – UV-Resistant Strength for Outdoor and Industrial Use

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is an advanced engineering filament developed as a UV-stable alternative to ABS. It offers the same strength, rigidity, and heat resistance but adds superior weather and sunlight resistance, making it ideal for outdoor, automotive, and industrial applications.

Unlike ABS, ASA won’t yellow, crack, or become brittle with prolonged UV exposure. It delivers excellent layer adhesion and surface finish, with reduced warping when printed in a controlled environment. It’s perfect for functional prototypes, fixtures, housings, and end-use parts that must endure outdoor conditions.

ASA prints best on enclosed, heated 3D printers to maintain temperature stability and prevent layer separation. It’s compatible with most open-material systems, including Raise3D, Creality, and Mingda enclosed models.
