This debinder is used to remove the POM in the sample and to prepare for subsequent metal sintering and molding. The device provides a high-temperature acidic gas environment. Being catalyzed, the POM in the sample will decompose into methanal before the formation of pores between metal particles. Meanwhile, the N2 flow system removes the generated methanal from the reaction chamber with acid gas. Having passed through the exhaust filter system, the exhaust gas will meet emission standards and be discharged directly
