Polyphenylsulfone (PPSF or PPSU) is a high-temperature aromatic sulfone polymer, printing at 360-390°C. Long considered to be one of the highest performance polymers in the plastics world. PPSU has excellent thermal and chemical resistance, making it well suited for demanding applications in automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, industrial, medical, semi-con applications. Previously only available to Stratasys customers – now you can print with this ultra performance polymer.

• Inherently flame retardant with low smoke evolution and low smoke toxicity
• Excellent dimensional stability with low creep sensitivity, low and uniform coefficient of thermal expansion, and highly reproducible part-to-part dimensions.
