Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is a rigid, flame-retardant material that can be used for production parts requiring UL 94 V-0 rating. The material is halogen free, and in addition to its flame-retardant properties, it has a very high HDT, making it ideal for demanding applications in electronics, custom jigs & fixtures as well as replacement parts for industrial environments.

This feature of Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is making it ideal for demanding applications in electronics like cable holders, electrical connectors, battery housing and high power electrical applications. The material is also suited for custom jigs & fixtures as well as replacement parts for industrial environments with high HDT and ignition sources.

• Exposure Time: 3s
• Wash Cycle 1: 4min in Ultracur3D Cleaner in Ultrasonic mode
• Wash Cycle 2; 4min in IPA in Ultrasonic mode
• Wait before post-processing: 30min at 40°C
• Post Curing: 10min under Dymax ECE 2000 spotlight, flip and repeat
