Lightweight and low friction, a few drops of machine oil, feed you filament through and print knowing that a cause of nozzle clogging has been eliminated.
Option: Carefully slice a slot in to the sponge centre hole so the cleaner can be easily clipped around filament when loaded.
Note: Only use mineral / machine oil (often sold as baby oil or singer oil). Do not use vegetable oil! The gums in vegetable oil will be left behind, eventually blocking your nozzle and coating your barrel.
