Inside the debinded part is a porous structure composed of metal particles. The binder between metal particles enables the part to maintain its shape before it slowly shrinks into a dense solid when it is heated and then cooled in the Vacuum sintering furnace. While being sintered, the shape is maintained due the interaction force of metal particles, and the parts will shrink proportionally to smaller metal parts after the binder is decomposed and removed.
