Send it back to us and we will refurbish it for a fixed price of $75 + parts

Please contact us first for a job number to include on your parcel.
Then post your pro3 hot-swap extruder assembly back to us for refurbishment.
We will fit any new parts needed:
- Nozzle > Let us know which one you want!
- Thermocoupler
- Heater cartridge
- Anything else possible
Labour for initial check, parts fitting and testing is included. Parts will be charged in addition to the service fee.
Our postage charge of flat-rate $12 applies, unless you get over our $350 free-post threshold by purchasing filament or other spares at the same time.
