Shipping Policy

Same day delivery option - Order before midday and have your order delivered before close of business within the Sydney and Melbourne Metro Areas

Fast Processing and Tracked Delivery: Orders are processed throughout the day. Often only an hour from receipt to being packaged ready for dispatch. Packages leave our warehouses at 3pm with Australia Post. Large and heavy items go by TNT every afternoon.

Every item is tracked: You will get an email with the tracking number the afternoon it is sent.

Shipments under 25kg

Delivery times: (for city areas, please add 1 day for regional areas)
VIC Metro: 1-2 Business Days
Sydney Metro: 1-2 Business Days
ACT/NSW/VIC(country)/QLD: 2-3 days
SA/TAS: 3 days
NT/WA: 7-14 days - we suggest paying extra for Express Post service

How much does Standard Postage cost?: We charge a flat rate per order (not item) of $12 on all orders under $350. Orders above this are posted free.

How much for Express?: Cost varies dependent of size and weight. Click View Cart and select your country/state/postcode and the website will try to calculate freight.

International Orders
We do ship overseas, the freight is calculated based on weight and size. Click View Cart and select your country and the website will auto calculate freight.

Shipments over 25kg or requiring a pallet

These shipments need to go with TNT or a siliar service.
They will either require a forklift or tail-lift for unloading. Please let us know if you have unloading facilities.
The price varies greatly depending on your location, whether a tail-lift is required, or you have a forklift or loading dock. Thus, we will need to produce a custom freight quote to try to keep the cost to you to a minimum.
