The extreme stiffness makes this material highly suitable for demanding industrial applications.
Key properties of Ultrafuse PP GF30 are:
Extremely high stiffness
High heat resistance
UV-resistant
Chemical resistant
PP GF30 is a functional 3D printing filament, that can be used in high-performance applications. The excellent mechanical properties, high temperature- and chemical resistance make this filament highly suitable in an industrial environment.
Ultrafuse PPGF30 is an abrasive material, hardened nozzle (steel or ruby) is advised of >= 0.6 mm to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
We are looking forward to feedback on this product. PP is widely used due to its flexibility. This being Glass Fibre infused is less flexible, although we found X Y flexibility still present; however we note that we found it snaps under Z flexing pressure. It should however be very impact resistant.

Ultrafuse® PP GF30
Print Temp: 230 ± 10°C
Print Speed: 40 – 80 mm/s
Bed Temperature: 30°C with Packing tape
Top/Bottom Thickness: 0.6mm (3 layers)
Nozzle: 0.6 mm
Shell Thickness: 1.2mm (2 shells)
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Fan speed: Up to 100%
Note: Infill >80% will cause high warpage
Note: Recommended support: AquaTek X1 water soluble support
We printed this material easily at these setting :
Print/Extrusion temp : 240c
Bed surface temp: 40c
What we put on the bed : Packing tape, yes you read that correct, plain old clear packing tape. Prints stuck perfectly and if you wait till print cools it pops itself off the bed. When we removed print hot tape came with it.
Print settings : We used our Flashforge Guider with a 0.6 Nozzle. Our 1st layer was 0.6mm, then 0.4 Layer height after that. We used 2 shells 25% infill, with NO filament cooling fan on!
