We have extensive tested this product on the Raise Pro 2 printers with PLA and PA6-carbon fibre, with perfect and repeated success. We extruded at 220deg C, using a heat bed btw 30-60, and always with the dis-
solvable as the raft.
You will need to change some settings at slicing.
- You need a ZERO Raft to model gap
- Print Speed must be less than 40mm/sec, we found 20mm was best
- You MUST make sure the raft prints no faster than 20mm/sec
All of these are easily adjusted in Raise 3D slicer IDEAMAKER under the advanced tab.
IMPORTANT : we have had no success with TPU. In worldwide discussions it seems we are not alone and are looking at alternative dissolvables for TPU
